This one is an easy one, and so delicious! If you follow this recipe you won’t be disappointed:
2 cups fresh basil
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp pine nuts or almonds
2-4 cloves garlic
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for 3 minutes. Freeze or use in 3 weeks.
